The Polymer (The “Body”)
- Material: PVC Resin (High Molecular Weight).
- Purpose: This provides the “gap-filling” property. Without the resin, the solvent would be too watery and might evaporate before it can fuse the joint.
- Concentration: Typically 10% to 15% by weight.
